Getting a tooth extracted can be rather daunting, and for sure a scary experience. The staff on the day of surgery, and Dr. Shah treated my nine year old daughter wonderfully, answering questions, and allowing her to freely feel nervous. They worked to put her at ease and did a wonderful job surgically. This was for a baby tooth, but we'll be back for the wisdom teeth.

Medical and administrative staff were most friendly, kind and considerate of my time and anxieties. Waiting time was not long at all and mitigated further by free WIFI for patient use. Dr. Shah was very friendly but he could have explained his recommendations better in plain English. I was made comfortable during the minor procedure although use of the medical terms caused anxiety. The staff gave me a nice new patient gift when I went to the original consult. Definitely that was unusual and unexpected. Would hardly influence my opinion though.
