I am beyond impressed by everyone that works in this office. I needed a surgery ASAP so i can have it done and heal up but the time i started work 2 weeks later…i saw Dr. Shah and they got me in the next day. The ladies that check you in are amazing. They are patient and very kind. I have called many times for questions following my procedure and they never seemed to get annoyed, and if they didnt know, they’d either as the doctor or the nurse, or they will have them call me back to answer, which was never forgotten. I also met with someone for a treatment plan and she was also very nice. On top of the great customer service by his team, Dr. Shah does a great job. He definitely knows what he is doing. My procedure was a bit complicated as I waited till i was 30 to get my wisdom teeth out so the locations were tough, as well as an additional extraction with implant. I was told by dentists that this procedure may be tough and maybe some lingering effect such as numbness due to the location of the teeth. I was very nervous and there was no complications to the surgery and I was so relieved. 4 months later, i just had a visit with Dr. Shah and once again, the staff was amazing and procedure went great. I also requested documents of my X-rays to be emailed to me so I can email them to a dentist, and that was taken care of within the hour. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shah for any oral procedures. It definitely says something when he and the team he works with are always very happy and do their jobs great.
