I was in excruciating pain due to a broken tooth. Even as a new patient they got me in the next morning. The staff were incredible and Dr Shah was superb. I ended up needing the tooth extracted and I was super scared and anxious. They explained everything they were doing and what to expect. The process, though scary, went smooth and surprisingly fast. The follow up from the staff a few hours after extraction was not only surprising but very reassuring that they had my best in mind. I did have one concern, about a week after extraction, and called the office for advice. I was greeted professionally and reassured that my concern was a completely normal stage of the healing process. I was, however, told if it gets worse or I have any other issues or concerns I can always call back or make an appointment with the provider. I’ll tell you….I don’t want to have oral surgery ever again, but if it’s needed in the future this is the only place I would go.
