Went in for ear and jaw pain after my ENT ruled out any ear problems. Dr. Shah and his staff were very helpful, and I appreciate that he wants to take a conservative approach to treatment rather than jumping to a big thing like surgery. I feel comfortable with the treatment plan he recommended and appreciate that his office already coordinated with my insurance to tell me what my benefit is and what my out of pocket will be so I can plan accordingly. So far, so good!
