As a person afraid of big dental visits, I can say from check-in to departure, this was a good experience. All of the staff are friendly, courteous, and understanding. Dr. Shah is informative and personable. I recommend AZ Oral highly.

I flew into Provo from PHX (IWA) and stayed the night. Had surgery in the morning and flew out that evening back home. The staff and physicians were very hospitable and answered all questions I had and gave me excellent care. They allowed my wife to watch (and film) the entire procedure. I highly recommend this clinic to all those that are comparing this one with others around the country. I am 6- weeks out and had a Vasectomy 20 years ago. My first test showed 20 million/ml. So far, SUCCESS!!!
