Dr. Shah was running behind but to me, that is perfectly fine. If a Doctor is spending extra time with a patient, then I love that. Dr. Shah was kind. I didn’t speak with him much, I spent more time with his surgical tech. She was absolutely amazing and her bedside manner was everything I needed. I was going through the emotions of fear, nervousness and anxiety about having my surgery. She calmed all my fears. I of course didn’t catch her name, but if she sees this, thank you.
